This one is interesting. The whole wheat and rye dough contains Guinness, honey, orange peel and cardamom.
The crumb is almost cake-like, moist and soft, and keeps very well.
Note the salad! That's a Moroccan salad of oranges, olives, garlic, chili pepper, lemon and oil,
and accompanies the limpa like they were made for each other!
