Clark Canyon Rock Climb
Starting to move right, out of the crack.
It's hard to explain what's fun about this. It doesn't look like fun; it looks like holding on for dear life. But it awakens in me the child that loved to climb the monkey bars, that climbed trees for the pure joy of climbing. It's also a fascinating mental and physical exercise in balance, positioning, movement, and thinking through a sequence of moves with your body. But mainly, it's a blast. -S.
