With a steep dropoff on either side, the ridge was the scariest part for me. I avoided looking at the dropoffs and kept my eyes on the rocks in front of me or the distant views. I was able to tolerate my anxiety and not get freaked out by the exposure. Knowing I was on a rope helped. I hope the experience helps me enjoy scrambles with Frank and Bill with less fear and not be a wet blanket. -S.
