| With a mixture of excitement and dread we completed the one hour drive to the Grand Canyon,
and found a parking spot not too far from the Visitor Center. 'Dread' because we were both feeling
very under the weather and less than energetic. The thought had even crossed our mind to just head home.
We looked at the charts at the Visitor Center and decided to just leisurely follow the Rim Trail a way today, and do something more difficult tomorrow, if we were up to it. |
