Sidney had a red convertible in New York. It lived outdoors in the snow and salt air, where it got cold and rusty. Stella had a space in her driveway in California, where the car could live freely, top down, in the warm air. |
Sid decided his car would be much happier in California. But how to get it there?
Being patriotic Americans, they naturally thought: Road Trip.
The car was tuned and waxed, our bags were packed, and after a visit with family, father and daughter heeded the words of Horace Greeley and headed West. |
