Pflaumenkuchen

My best Kuchen to date. The pastry is of organic all-purpose flour and lots of butter, butter and egg yolks, vanilla and sugar,
leavened with baking powder. On top of a layer of plums there is a filler of stiffened egg whites with sugar, vanilla, walnuts and Grande Marnier,
and topped with another thin layer of dough, powdered with cinnamon and sugar.
The pastry is fluffy and moist, yet firm, and the flavor first rate.
