Sunrise. Still synchronized with California time, we rose early and sat on the patio with our coffee to watch the sun rise. All matter of birds are chattering and calling from the jungle. A tin of tasty fresh bananas on the table lasted us until our last day. On the left, beyond the rattan chair, is the meditation hut. I used it mostly for my morning stretches, but later began stretching twice a day, as the solitude of the hut was very pleasant. I always came away nicely relaxed. -F.
