Tioga Pass
Bill rides his hybrid-electric recumbent bike from the condo, while Stella and Frank park at the Ranger Station on Tioga Pass Rd. Stella sets off up the hill, while Frank loops around on Utility Road to start the climb at the bottom, endeavoring to set a good time on the climb. While Frank is still on his loop, Bill arrives and begins his climb, thinking Frank is already up the road. When Bill passes Stella, they don't discuss who is where, and Bill continues ahead to catch up with Frank.
