San Joaquin Ridge

The presumptive goal we'd set for the day was the Two Teats, which we hadn't visited since our - that is, Stella and Frank's - first Mammoth trip in 2007.

I thought a bit ambitious for a first day hike, but then we had done it on a second day, and who knows, we could surprise ourselves and get all the way to San Joaquin Mountain beyond. After all, we were much more accomplished now than nine years ago!
