Attempt on Shepherd Crest
The next step would be to climb the bluish grey chute on the right. Seeing it up close, we realize we are all rather tired and the loose chute on Lookout Peak is still in our bones. The thought of scrambling up that today is very unappealing. It sinks in that we aren't going to do it today. -F.
