3.6 km and 52 m elevation gain in 90 min.
With Crystal Crag next day (alarm clock at 4:30 a.m.) and the fatigue from yesterday, this was to be a rest day stroll. Stella and I were here last year, and wanted another look, and to show it to Bill. It looks promising as an easy place to set up top-rope anchors on the trees above, and is a popular place for people to come do just that.
Today we found a couple of people climbing here, but had expected there would be many more. -F.
