Frank's Haleakalā Climb

This 55 km (34 mile) climb from sea level in Pā'ia to the summit of Haleakalā at about 3000 m (10,000 ft) is billed as the World's Longest Paved Climb, and it was the reason we were on Maui, and not somewhere else.

I had never done a climb of this magnitude. -F.
